Kappa Delta Chi Sorority
Rarely in life are ideas so genuinely created as was the idea of Kappa Delta Chi. We were not the first, we are not the last, but we are the standard. In 1987, our founders, Irene Montoya, Melissa Montoya, Nellie Flores, and Cynthia Garza envisioned a sorority that would become the base for Latina women who felt a strong desire to help the community while strengthening the bonds of their friendship along the way. Their vision dismissed historical stereotypes in order to open the doors to all women whose heart belonged to their culture. On April 6, 1987 ? Kappa Delta Chi was born.
Kappa Delta Chi is recognized as a service-based, nonprofit corporation. As an organization, it continues its national philantropical work through the
Kappa Delta Chi National Foundation.

Many thanks to all of you who make up this great sorority and to all of you who work so hard to uphold the values that are our foundation and set us apart from other "sororities"!! Keep up the great work....we appreciate all your efforts in keeping our dream alive!!!
